TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING DEPOSIT
A booking fee of 50% is required at the time of booking, or in full if less than two weeks from shoot date. Dates are reserved only when this is paid. An unconditional refund policy exists for a period of 14 days from receipt of this contract and payment. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your session date.

FEES
The deposit and balance payment make up the fee and includes photography coverage and a download link of images with usage rights from Feldt Photography

CREATIVE LICENCE
Some photographs may not be possible due to changes of the weather and the availability and willingness of subjects. Feldt Photography will do their best to honour requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture.

COPYRIGHT
All your photos will be protected by the 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents act. It is therefore illegal to reproduce my work in any manner; please respect my livelihood by adhering to copyright laws. I retain the copyright as the creator and will grant you a license for use so you can have them printed wherever you want, as many times as you wish along with a marketing usage license for unlimited online and offline use. Neither the client, nor Feldt Photography can sell the images to any third party.

IMAGE REPRODUCTION
Due to limitations of computer monitors and devices, it is understood that image colour viewed may appear differently to the prints. Edited Jpegs files are included, RAW files will not be offered.

FORCE MAJEURE
Should I have an emergency and no longer be able to provide my services, I will reschedule or refund all monies paid. This would only be in the case of a true emergency and is never expected to be a possibility. Your statutory rights are not affected. Feldt Photography has full Public Liability Insurance. However, in the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this Contract by either party or in any other circumstance, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the Contract. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

PRIVACY
Feldt Photography will store your name and details on a private internal database. These details will not be made available to third parties. Should you wish to have your details removed from our database, please advise in writing.

IMAGE STORAGE
It is understood that Feldt Photography will make all endeavours to protect raw images taken, these safety copies will be kept for a minimum of one year after the shoot date notwithstanding any factors beyond control.

DELIVERY 
Your images will be delivered within ten working days via an online gallery to download from directly. Please let me know a minimum of one week prior to your shoot if you would like priority editing to be scheduled for delivery within three working days of your shoot (an additional £180).

CANCELLATION
If The Client(s) cancels this contract after a period of 14 days from the date of signing the contract the following charges apply as a percentage of the total fee due as compensation for loss of income for Feldt Photography. Number of days before the shoot: 30 days or less 100%, 30 – 90 days 50%, more than 90 days amount of deposit.
