  • Why do I have to pay that much for just photos?
    Oh, this one will be a long one. You are not paying just for the photos. You are paying for the time that goes into creating the photos, from planning the shoot, styling, photographing and editing the finest details to make sure you will receive the perfect photos. On top of that there is investing into photography equipment, post production softwares, a variety of props and other materials (which is not cheap) that you get access to, and most importantly - education and training. Not to mention paying bills, taxes etc. And the girl has to eat too! So please consider all this, when thinking it's just photos. Professional product photography is an investment, not an expense, you will make that money back once your sales increase after getting your products photographed professionally.
  • What if I am waiting for the products to arrive from my suppliers but want to book my slot ready?
    We recommend booking the slot a couple of weeks after the promised delivery date by your suppliers/shipping company, as we have experienced a lot of shipping delays from our previous clients. Please take into consideration our postponement and cancellation policies in our contract as well.
  • Can I have the RAW files aswell?
    In short, the industry standard is that professional photographers don't share their RAWor unedited files and we don't do it either.
  • I just want simple images and without editing. Can you do it and reduce the price?
    Unfortunately editing is an essential part of photography, as photographers shoot in RAW formats, which is a file that needs post production. If you are only looking for simple and basic images, perhaps I am not a right photographer for you, and that is okay.
  • I have a large following on my social media accounts and willing to promote you, is it possible to have a discount or do a collaboration instead?
    We don't do collaborations, and we believe our skills, time and access to our knowledge and equipment deserves to be paid for. Unless the amount of followers is a type of new crypto currency we don't know about, we don't accept your follower count as a "payment method".
  • Can I be present during the shoot?
    As our studio space is quite small, everything is done remotely, but you can request to get insights to behind the scenes throughout the shoot. Having our clients over during the shoot day is definitely something we would like to do once we have reached to our goal of having a bigger studio.
  • My launch date is on the same week as the photo shoot slot. Can you make sure the images are ready by the launch date?
    No. The turnover is 1-3 weeks, depending on the package size and the editing amount. We don't do express services as quality products can't be rushed.
